Locks Change/Repair
If your locks don't seem to be functioning properly any more, it is the first sign they may be at the end of their life. It may just need a simple adjustment, repair or in the worse case scenario to be replaced. All of the above much cheaper than needing an emergency call out so don't put it off.

Broken Windows:
We can quickly remove, clean and board up broken windows while at the same time measuring up for a new pane. We can have a quote within 24-hours and have it replaced within 7 to 10 working days depending on glass type and manufacturing time.
Cost and Payment:
We like to be as upfront as possible and have no hidden costs or unexpected charges. All emergency call outs will be charged at £65 up to at 10mile radius of the business property in Rosehearty (AB43 7JX) and £1 extra for every mile there after. We charge in half hours for labour, £30 for every half hour, maximum labour charge £90 for one and a half hours and no more. Materials are all circumstantial to each specific job and you will be quoted for all materials prior to the job commencing.
We'd also respectfully require that all accounts are settled at the point of completing the job.
Emergency uPVC windows and doors repairs:
There are lots of working parts on new uPVC style windows and doors and it only takes one part to disrupt the whole working of the unit. Some times they won't close or won't seal but can always be made safe until times of repairs or replacement.
Non-Destructive Entry
Non destructive entry is always our first line of action there are many ways a lock can be opened without damaging it. Sadly due to age, type and condition of certain locks this isnt always achievable but entry will always be gained in a neat and tidy fashion.
